Straight answers about how our plans work.

Is Starter really free?

Yes. Starter is free in early access and gives you portal access to view the risk feed. It does not include email/SMS delivery or API/webhooks.

What’s included in each pricing tier?

Each tier includes everything listed for that tier. There are no feature surcharges inside a tier. Upgrade only if you need the features in the next tier.

Is pricing volume-based or metered?

No. Pricing is not volume-based. Plans are licensed per organisation with fair-use for the features in your tier.

Does Growth include the API?

Yes. Growth and Enterprise include the REST API and webhooks, plus email/SMS delivery. Starter is portal-only.

Can we switch plans later?

Yes. You can move between tiers. We’ll pro-rate differences on annual agreements.

Yes. We support reseller and OEM models. See Partners or contact sales.
